01 Introduction

Valexcell Indústria e Comércio de Eletro-Eletrônicos Ltda has been manufacturing electronic products since 1992. This policy explains, in plain terms, how we handle the personal data collected on this website.

It follows Law No. 13,709/2018, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). By browsing this website or contacting us through our channels, you acknowledge the practices described here.

We do not request sensitive data through the website. Technical project files such as BOM, Gerber and pick and place should not be sent through the form: they are handled by email, within the commercial workflow, after first contact.

03 How data is collected

  • Through the contact form, when you choose to write to us.
  • Through the direct contact channels published on the website, such as email, phone and WhatsApp.
  • Through browsing, by means of cookies and similar technologies, according to your consent preferences.

04 Why we use the data

  • To answer quotation requests, technical questions and commercial enquiries.
  • To conduct customer service and follow up on proposals.
  • To send the information you asked for.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and improve the browsing experience.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to the company.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for purposes incompatible with those stated at the time of collection.

05 Data sharing

  • With technical tools that send and receive the contact form messages.
  • With audience measurement tools, when you have authorised them in your cookie preferences.
  • With public authorities, where there is a legal or regulatory obligation or a court order.

Contracted providers process the data only under our instructions and within the purpose for which they were engaged.

06 Use of cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device while you browse. This website uses cookies and similar technologies for four purposes:

Strictly necessary

  • They keep the website working and store your own consent choice. They cannot be turned off.

Performance and analytics

  • They help us understand, in aggregate, which pages are most visited and where browsing runs into trouble.

Functionality

  • They remember preferences such as language and other interface choices, so you do not have to repeat them.

Marketing

  • These would allow campaign measurement and personalised communication. This category is currently off by default and no marketing cookie is loaded without your consent.

You can review your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link available in the footer of every page.

07 Your rights

The LGPD gives you, as the data subject, the right to request:

  • Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
  • Information about who we share your data with.
  • Withdrawal of consent, at any time.

Requests are handled within the deadlines and limits set out in the legislation. Some data may need to be kept in order to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise rights in legal proceedings.

08 Information security

Valexcell applies technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and improper disclosure. Internal access is restricted to the people who need it to conduct customer service.

No internet-connected system is infallible. That is why we keep the website on an encrypted connection and review our protection practices periodically.

09 Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this policy, meet legal and regulatory obligations and allow the regular exercise of rights.

Once the purpose has been fulfilled and the applicable periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.
